Welcome to Test My Face (testmyface.com). By accessing or using our website and AI-powered face analysis tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Test My Face provides paid AI-powered beauty analysis tools, including face shape detection, skin analysis, color analysis, and makeup analysis. Our tools use artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded photos and provide personalized recommendations for makeup, glasses, accessories, and other beauty-related suggestions.

Our analysis results are generated by AI and are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be considered professional medical, dermatological, or cosmetological advice.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or analysis services.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our services in bulk.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or servers.
• Use our services for any discriminatory, harassing, or harmful purpose.

3. Photos and Content

• You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload.
• By uploading a photo, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process the image solely for the purpose of providing you with analysis results.
• We do not store your photos after processing is complete. See our Privacy Policy for details on how photos are handled.
• You represent that you have the right to upload any photo you submit and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.

4. AI-Generated Results

Our face analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and are subject to the following limitations:

• Not medical advice: Our tools do not provide medical, dermatological, or professional beauty advice. Results are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Accuracy not guaranteed: AI analysis may not be perfectly accurate. Face shape classification, skin assessments, and recommendations are approximations based on visual analysis.
• No liability for results: We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our analysis results, including but not limited to glasses, skincare purchases, or makeup selections.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to analysis results requires a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

• Trial: Your subscription starts with a 7-day trial that costs $1.00, charged when you sign up.
• Automatic renewal: Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged $25.00 on the 7th day and every 28 days after that, using the payment method you provided, until you cancel.
• What you get: While your subscription is active, you can view the results of the face shape detector and the color analysis tool.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime at testmyface.com/account or by emailing help@testmyface.com. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Single report: Instead of a subscription, you can buy one report for a one-time payment of $10.00. It unlocks the results of that one test only, and you will not be charged again.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, access is paused until payment succeeds or the subscription is cancelled.
• Price changes: We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, email help@testmyface.com within 14 days of any charge and we will refund that charge in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Requesting a refund also cancels your subscription unless you ask us to keep it active.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on testmyface.com, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Test My Face or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as our payment processor. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Analysis results will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• Any defects in the service will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test My Face and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Test My Face, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
